DELIVERY SERVICE:
In most cases, your order will be shipped through USPS 2-3 day priority mail.

DELIVERY COST:
Shipping is a flat $8, whether you order one item, or ten, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Why this flat rate? Please understand that in most cases, we pay TWO shipping charges - from the supplier to us, and from us to you. It generally costs us more for than the $8, but we want to limit your burden as much as possible. We also don't believe in charging more as you purchase more. You are supporting us and we do what we can to show our appreciation for it!

LOCAL PICKUP:
Storefront Address: 223 A Gassaway Ave., Lott, TX 76656                                                                                  We do offer local pickup. We have a storefront in Lott, TX. If you prefer to pick up your items, please select the “local pickup” option at checkout, or reach out to one of us and we will waive the shipping fee. Note that opting for local pickup will not reduce processing time. Please see below.


SHIPPING TAT:
At this time, our turnaround time ("TAT") for shipping is 5-15 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Many items we offer are sourced through other small businesses or are custom items we make ourselves. Our goals are to offer unique items to our customers at the best price point and to support other small businesses. Note that because we source through so many vendors, shipments arrive at various times within our stated TAT. Therefore, opting for local pickup will not reduce processing time. 


Please make sure to read the descriptions and our social media posts about the items of interest as we try our best to give you a shipping timeframe if outside the standard. Note, however, that these are best guesses to help in your purchasing decision, and are therefore not exact. We have no control over shipping and other delays. You agree that you understand all of this when you purchase with us.


**We are not liable for Christmas shopping that did not make it in time! We hate to be grinches, this is an annual burden that we are no longer accepting responsibility for. Please understand it is extremely stressful, time-consuming, and costly for a business. We have policies, posts, reminders, everywhere about shipping. We do not claim to be Amazon and holiday processing and shipping delays are absolutely out of our hands.
